Chicken Liver Recipe

Chicken liver recipe for @patrix

1.5 lbs chicken liver- cut to size.
3 big red onions
4 garlic cloves
one bunch coriander
methi seed powder
jeera powder
(roast the mixture beforehand)
ginger garlic paste
yogurt
Chillies

To marinate the liver:
Rub yogurt, ginger garlic, tumeric and chopped coriander on the liver pieces- let stand for 2 hours.

In a wide bottomed pan, add oil, followed by finely chopped garlic and chillies, then the masala, followed by onions and then finally the livers. Cook.
